Estates of Bradley Park 
We will be attending the annual mtg in May and would like to hear information regarding the expenditure of our dues money towards legal bills. It is our understanding that more than $5,000 has been spent on legal fees regarding paint color issues on two homes/lots.
We want to see the expenditure lines in the HOA’s Bookkeeping, hear the ‘justification’ for such outrageous expenditures, and have a full membership discussion of said expenditures.
