ALL neighborhood residents are WELCOME to attend HOA meetings. Although you will be able to attend, unless you have an agenda item you will need to wait until the end of the meeting to speak. If YOU HAVE AN AGENDA ITEM YOU MUST NOTIFY THE BOARD PRIOR TO THE MEETING.
