Procedure for painting/repainting your house or staining/painting your fence:

1. Pick your house or fence color from the approved list.
2. Fill out the Architectural Variance Request Form
3. Submit form and sample chip or swatch you have chosen in person to the ACC committee or by email to acc.eobphoa@gmail.com
4. Wait for approval from the ACC Committee
5. Buy paint and have fun (Do not paint garage doors)
Procedure for original home owners to fix/replace windows:
1. Original homeowners call Alpine Windows at 800-800-5920 and request a claim number to have windows repaired.
2. You will receive a form to fill out and return. You must include:
– Proof of Product Purchased (proof of original purchase of the home),
– Proof of Current Home Ownership (copy of tax record or utility bill),
– Serial numbers, model numbers, and size of affected windows, and
– Clear photos of the entire windows and problem areas.
3. It is HIGHLY recommended that you continue to follow up with them after submitting this information. A different warranty company or service company may take over the processing of the claim for Alpine.
